ACGME-I’s Review Committees-International announce their annual membership rotation, to happen at the end of the current academic year. Three members will rotate off on 30 June 2026, and three new members will join on 1 July 2026.
Haya Al Thani, MD, MA (Resident Member) will rotate off of the Medicine-Based Review Committee, and Shirley Ooi, MBBS, MHPE, FRCSEd(A&E), FAMS and Nouran Alkhoori, MD (Resident Member) will rotate off of the Surgical/Hospital-Based Review Committee.
Joining the Medicine-Based Review Committee will be Samuel Jean, MD, who is a family medicine resident at Hôpital Universitaire de Mirebalais in Haiti, currently completing a clinical rotation at Hôpital Saint Nicolas in Saint Marc.
Joining the Surgical/Hospital-Based Review Committee will be Mohamed Amin Bakiro, MBBS, chief resident (emergency medicine) at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Douglas L. McGee, DO, enterprise lead for Graduate Medical Education at Jefferson Health and vice dean for Medical Education at Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, US.
