ACGME-I Milestones 2.0 Now Available

Webinar on Revised Milestones Scheduled for 11 May

The revised Milestones for all specialties and all countries, except Singapore, are now posted on the ACGME-I website. All ACGME-I-accredited programs are required to begin reporting on the revised Milestones beginning January 2024. To access your specialty’s Milestones, click on the “Specialty” tab at the top of the screen at acgme-i.org. Milestones information can be found at the bottom of each specialty’s page.

To assist programs in implementing the revised Milestones, ACGME-I is presenting a free one-hour webinar on 11 May at the following times:

  • 6:00 a.m. in Guatemala
  • 8:00 a.m. in Haiti
  • 3:00 p.m. in Kenya, Lebanon, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia
  • 4:00 p.m. in Oman and the United Arab Emirates
  • 5:00 p.m. in Pakistan

The session will explain ACGME-I’s requirements regarding the Milestones, provide information on how to translate learner assessments into the new Milestones, and present some practical tips from representatives of one ACGME-I-accredited institution on ways they have found to best use the Milestones to assess learners and improve curriculum. Speakers are ACGME-I Executive Director Lorraine Lewis; ACGME Vice President, Milestone Development Laura Edgar; and Raghdah Al-Bualy, acting director of the Graduate Medical Education Department and head of Assessment and Performance at Oman Medical Specialty Board.

The webinar is free, but registration is required. Access the registration form here.
